Reverse Recruiting Process
Step 1. Schedule a FREE Consultation
Consultation calls last approximately 15-30 min, we will discuss your project needs and determine what services best align with your goals. We will also address any questions or concerns you have.
Step 2. Submit a Proposal
You will receive an email with a link to order services following your consultation call.
Step 3. Sign your Contract
Once the proposal is submitted, you will be asked to sign a contract.
Step 4. Pay your Invoice
After your contract is signed, an invoice will be generated to pay for our services.
Step 5. Complete your Questionnaire
For many of our services, you will receive a questionnaire to complete. This information will help us create your document(s). For many of our services, you will be requested to provide documentation including but not limited to: job logins and current cover letter/resume. Work will not begin until payment has been made in full and all documentation has been received.
Step 6. Research Stage
The clock starts once we receive all documents requested for your service. We will research and send emails with job posting selections. You will need to approve or reject each job with detailed notes. Most projects have a 7-day turnaround time, though most projects are completed earlier. Larger projects may take more time and will be communicated as such. We will be in contact throughout the process as needed.
Step 7. Application Stage
We will apply to the approved jobs with a customized cover letter and resume. All logins will be assigned and sent to you. Unlimited revisions throughout the 4 consecutive weeks are included. Your new document(s) will be uploaded to your client portal and emailed for your review. You can request edits and we will apply those changes to your documents. All revision requests must be made in writing or have written client approval before any changes will be made.
Step 8. Final Delivery
Any interview requests will be handled by you, the client.
